Q: How do I know if I am eligible for InvoicePaid+?
You can check if you are eligible for InvoicePaid+ via our website at https://www.banco.com.sg/invoice-paid/
Otherwise, you may provide your contact details to business@banco.com.sg and our business team would get in touch with you to check your eligibility.
Q: What do I need to provide to sign up for the service?
You just need to provide:
1) Service Contract(s)
2) 12 months' bank statements
3) Photocopy of Identity Card or Passport for both shareholders and directors.
We will also require your CorpPass for the e-KYC process. If you do not have a CorpPass, please visit the CorpPass website to set it up.
Q: How much does it cost to use the InvoicePaid+ service?
We only charge a single convenience fee for the InvoicePaid+ service.
There would not be any other charges e.g. account setup fee, annual fee, disbursement fee.
Q: Do I need to provide physical copies of my invoices or company documents?
The InvoicePaid+ service is completely digital and we accept soft copies of your invoices or company documents.
